Subject: Planting Very Small Seeds With a Planter

West Tennessee
Does anyone have any experience planting very small seeds with a planter instead of a drill? By small I'm talking down to clover (100000-350000 seeds/lb). I've read of using the insecticide hoppers, and also it may depend upon the type of planter. Multiple passes would also be necessary to get the narrow rows. Just curious if anyone has tried anything like this since I do not have a no till drill, but I would like to plant some legumes into an old pasture.
