Yup, we went to M&W Power Show a few times. Lots of neat things there. It seemed like Elmo Meiners was just everywhere, running everything. I remember one of their early pulls there & there was a line-up of JD G's etc all running superchargers. The chargers were driven by 1-2 cylinder gasoline engines. I don't remember seeing them pull, but I certainly remember them driving by on the way to the staging line. I also remember watching Elmo dyno test an alcohol injected 806 (or something similar anyway) w/his blower & everything. But then the engine ran away & destructed. I thought it was neat, but probably Elmo didn't.
