Iowa | I think we can be guaranteed that Precision will license the 20/20 features to some other field computer company for integration, whether it be Ag Leader, Trimble, Leica, Raven....who knows. I highly doubt we'd see Deere, CNH, or AGCO integrate the 20/20 features unless there are some new features released that they were to receive exclusivity on. OEMs like exclusivity.
At the end of the day, it simply makes sense. Why would a field computer company spend the engineering time and marketing dollars to try to copy what Precision has already done? With all of the full-page color advertisements in Farm Journal and Successful Farming, I can not begin to imagine with Precision's monthly marketing budget is. Why not take advantage of that? | |
