We demoed a GP Turbo-till one fall. Couldn't really see where it did anything but size the fodder. Didn't mix enough dirt with it to start it decomposing, so I really can't see where this type of tool would do anything for ruts.

If we can get on it in the fall, we use the Krause Dominator, if forced to wait till spring, then the disk has to drug out.

Also demoed a Phoenix Harrow, again they don't move dirt. Might knock the top off a bit, but not enough to fill them.
