| Our Feterl is the lighter duty red version but I think it's still a better built auger than the Westfield we have. Our Feterl has to have over 1.5 million bushels through it as well as several hundred tons of fertilizer but it just keeps going and going. We replaced the driveline bearings when we replaced the flighting several years ago, the swing hopper auger is on it's third set of flighting and the tube is duct taped in several places but since we got it in '94 I don't think we've ever had any downtime with it other than maybe a shear bolt or two. | |
