I don't think it's the pump, doesn't seem right to work when it's hot and not when cold. Seems to go against hydraulic logic . I would do as other poster suggested and try to get the oil to summer spec's. Acts like it is just starving for fluid. Wonder if it makes difference if it's revved up or not.
