I was having trouble with my motors getting moisture in them. Last year I started smearing a coat of clear silicon caulk around the base of the clear plastic indicator and around the glue seam where the top and bottom half meet. Cured my problems. Check out these guys the motor assembly is $119, but the whole thing is only $131. Been very pleased with their service.
