Subject: Miller offset disk

Byron IL
What do you guys think about taking an old offset disk and straightening out one of the gangs, probably the rear, to use for pushing dirt to one side for fixing washouts, waterways etc.. I thought the straight gang in the rear could hold the disk in line while the front pushed the dirt to one side. I found an old Miller 15 footer. It needs 3 bearing in the front. Does anyone know anything about these? I don't know about parts and I have no clue on the value of this thing. Any thoughts much appreciated.
