nc ks | We were putting the guage wheels back on the planter when we realized that the bearings were loose on 10 of them. We ordered bearings and began taking them apart. We quickly realized when we got the first one opened up that the bushing around the bearing was just loose in the plastic wheel. The steel bushing has obvious wear on it and sticking a new bearing with bushing into the plastic wheel seems to fit fairly tight. I would like to put some epoxy or something on there though to keep the new bearings from becoming loose again. Would bearing mount work in this application with one side being plastic? | |
