The red and white leads are what is used by the new style Ag Leader implement switch. The black is just a blind lead that isn't used, so don't hook it up to anything. You really don't need a ground as all you are doing is completing the circuit signal from the monitor. To double check, do a conductivity check between the red and white leads at the switch in both the on and off positions. You may also have to change the implement switch setting on the pfadvantage monitor to turn it on and off correctly.
