AS mentioned above, if the wheels are all in a straight line with each other, including the axle wheels, no pivoting wheels are necessary. This would be preferred, cheaper, less maintenance. Also make sure the wing wheels have suspension ,otherwise the boom will bounce and self destruct in time.
