Go to your local auto supply store & buy a fiberglass repair kit. It will have the resign, hardner & cloth that you need to repair your feeder. If the feeder has any paint on it sand it off, mix up the resign & hardner as instructed & apply a thin coat over the area to be repaired with a brush. Cut the cloth to fit the area being repaired ( cut before mixing the resign & hardner) & apply it to the mix. Next brush another coat of mix over the cloth being sure to get it completely covered & soaked good. Allow to dry. After dry you can sand finish if you want or leave it like it is if not picky. Beware that once you add the hardner to the resign it can dry fairly quickly so have the cloth cut before hand and all ready to go and don't stop till you have the 2nd coat of mix on.
