Don't know how much tongue weight there is, but my largest concern would be the hydraulic pressure bleeding off and your steerable wing wheels unlocking. Don't know if even a portable hydraulic unit could re-engage them without the planter control box hooked to power.
100 miles ? I'd just plan for a full day of tractor ridin'.
