Subject: RE: Grain carts?? Brent 1084

Chebanse, IL.....

We get along fine w/our Avalanche. We just finished our 3rd full season w/it, I think. We haven't even replaced the original shear bolt yet. You can load a little over 60,000# on it. Takes just a little over a minute to load a 1000 bus semi w/dry (16-18%) corn. Of course it takes longer w/wetter corn. You can load slow w/the gate control also. We really like the swivel auger-that's one of the items that swayed us to Brent over the Balzer when we were shopping. I believe the newest models also have a hydraulic spout deflector. Absolutely no maintenance problems yet. It has a chain "oiler" for bottom drive chains.

We're happy.
