If I were fortunate enough to own land in NC Iowa, I don't think I'd ever leave!

Plus, the thought of whiling away the days, waiting to die, in some FL retirement condo is too depressing to ponder. Stay near your family, wherever that is! Spend time with the grandchildren. Don't move five states away and hope they'll drop by to visit.
