You are absolutely correct on setting a fee schedule. That is how I PREFER to do it. That is how we price our combining. I am an Excel junky. Problem is we have never done this before. I have estimated costs. Estimating costs is difficult. I think I know where I should be. But until I get done, I really won't know what costs are. For sure. So someone else's numbers would be comforting. Set the initial benchmark, then adjust when I have actual costs.
