NWIL | These tires came stock on my 2005 Dodge 2500. I never liked them much, but couldn't bring myself to get rid of them before I got my use out of em. Just replaced them last week as a matter of fact, put on Firestones in their place. I couldn't complain in the slightest about the mileage I got out of them, and they still had about 15K miles of tread left in them. What prompted me to dump them was the huge amount of sidewall cracking I was getting, especially on my front tires. Not sure if the diesel weight on them contributed or what, but I didn't like what I was seeing. With the gooseneck pulling I do and not really wanting to find out how much an aluminum rim costs to replace I called enough enough. I never much liked their traction abilities, seemed as though I would get stuck where a cow took a leak out in the pasture, let alone mud of any sort. When I was looking around for what to put on this time, these things didn't even cross my mind. | |
