People who constantly refer to themselves in the 3rd person. I think Seinfeld had an episode on it. "Jimmy likes Elaine!"
My only other one is kids who try to look like a gangster. "Dude, you are 14 living in the middle of Iowa. Please put your oversize hat on straight, PULL your pants up and tie your shoes!!"
