| I purchased a new 21 knife toolbar and am runnig an Agleader Insight to control the flow as well as automatic shutoffs. I am having trouble keeping on the target rate of 140# N traveling at 6mph or faster. I have played with my response thresholds to try to fine tune the system but nothing helps. The NH3 supply goes through two coolers in 2'' pipe and then looks like it reduces down right after flow meter to 1-1.5" pipe to flow control valve and boom section valves. At faster speeds just acts like their is not enough product going through it. I need to check and see if thier is a blockage in flow meter. Thought I would ask and see if anyone had similar problems in the past on larger toolbars. | |
