Subject: "Fair and balanced"----- there are both kinds--------

Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577

I've heard about the guy in question...........nothing positive.  If the stories I have heard are true, his mother should have drowned him when he was born, and sold the milk.

Seems odd, however, that something has not been done about him before.

We have also run into really good guys.........fellow who answers the IA DOT enforcement 800 no.........or at least used to----haven't talked with him for several weeks, so he might have been reassigned-------I count as one of the REALLY good guys.

So........sounds like the DOT is like anyother group of people.........10% really great, 10% really bad, and the rest kinda kinda.

But........doesn't it seem that there are more nasties in the DOT than in, for example, the highway patrol???

Anyone know if there are undercover officers that float around, checking on "quality control"??
