Heil Harvesting, Ulysses KS/Limon CO | Chris buddy--
A partnership can be a very rewarding and prosperous way to fly. Take your strengths and combine them with someone of a like mindset. A like mindset and complimenting (may be different, may not) strengths.
Make sure the personalities, ideals, and goals line up. Put everything in writing as to what responsibilities will be for each. Have a fair and easy exit strategy for both parties. Run with it. The ability to take your strengths and combine them with others is very powerful. Get way more accomplished than either of you could on your own.
Partnerships do not always work, and many have their horror stories, but I doubt many had it in writing. Hired help does not work out every time either. And the problems and frustrations can run deeper than "termination". Financial and otherwise.
Good luck
