Gobbler's Knob | Man, the dude on this show trying to pull logs out of the river is a complete idiot! If my dad screamed at me like the way this guy screams at his son, they'd be pulling him from the bottom of the river! Anyone who yells at their kids, spouse, employee whatever over a job, is in desperate need of therapy. There is no job so stressful that screaming will resolve anything. I can't help from laughing at people who insist that yelling must be an honest way of getting a point across. If you have to get mad at an employee, remember you hired them. Being so serious that you come across negatively around employees makes them uncomfortable and less productive. I guess I was raised in the school where if you tell someone to do it, you better be ready to do it yourself. Asking and praising is the only way anything ever gets done right.
