Have you considered PA.net? I don't know that it will be much different in cost, compared to Embarq, but it is a different option.
Have you looked at Verizon? I believe Verizon comes to Waynesboro. I didn't know if it came close enough to you. (it's not close enough for me.) Just a thought.
