There is limited clearance to get the bolt in from the inside of the closing wheel bracket on the LH side. Thread the stud into the LH wheel leaving enough thread out so that if you hold the wheel up to the bracket, pass the stud through the gold colored spacer and then through the closing wheel bracket, you will have 2-3 threads exposed on the outside of the jam nut which is included in the 9936 kit. Then use an open ended wrench to tighten the whole thing down. For the White planters on the gold colored spacer you should tap the included roll pin into the third small hole out from center and install it so this pin is sitting inside the unused (typically rear) hole on the closing wheel bracket. This will prevent the wheel from turning when you tighten it down.
