SC, IA. | Looks to me like the Dealer does most of your repair work. A REAL shop has oil and grease all over the floor and parts scattered all over. You can barely walk through a farm shop without tripping over air hoses and other things scattered all over the floor. Tools scattered everwhere. Its like an obstacle course. But we do almost all our own work, and some of the neighbors too. Instead of those pesky plastic bins, we have paper bags that hold bolts of different sizes scattered around and its a search to find what you want. Makes life more interesting. If I had to work in a shop where everything was in its place, I'd probably go nuts. Our shop is probably the busiest thing on our farm and we just don't have the time to get it really organized. But we're are used to it that way. | |
