Subject: Sprayer Pump Question

Flora IL
I have a case 4260 sprayer and it seems like even with the rogators i used to run about two years and i was ready for a nut for the impellor...
well today i started haveing issues and pulled the pump off and the shaft is worn keys gone...i did manage to use visegrips and get the nut off.

So i called and got everything comeing this way... i spray 15,000 a year in all...
how long do the nuts on your guys impellers usually last and is there a better longer lasting option? just curious..

its a ace pump also...and jenners was telling me i need to get a hypro on that if the opportunity comes...but why???

Whats the difference....and how hard would it be to put one on my machine... my pump runs the same speed all the time.. its not like the gators or the newer case machines..

thanks.. nothing like spraying your first 80 arces of the year and then wait two days....for parts
