Iowa | Just google "dually wheel spacers". For the 1-ton duallies, the spacers have a second set of studs that mount the outer wheel onto the spacer. Your original studs hold on the inner rim/tire and the spacer(with 8 smaller nuts that fit inside 8 counterbored holes in the new spacer). On my Chevy, the guy actually wanted me to buy FORD rims, because then he could make a "lip" on the spacer for the rims to be centered. This would have been the best, but I got his spacers and made some bushings for a couple of studs to center my outer rim/wheels onto his spacers. It worked fine for me. If you already have a FORD, the spacers that you might buy probably will have the "centering lip". One website that my Four Wheel Drive magazine have mentioned in the past is called Stockton Wheel.
