Illinois | I am in the market for a 16-30 planter and am wondering about the 2700 or 3700. I have a 12/23 2600 model, so I am quite familiar with the 2600/3600 design, but the frame design on these is terrible for planting terraces and dry dams. I assume the 2700 and 3700 that bend in the middle are a lot better. Because I don't see many of these around, especially the 16 rows (lots more 24 row), does anyone have comments or experiences?
Please also comment on a Deere 1770 16-30 for comparison purposes. I am open to the finger pickup design or vac, but I am obviously used to the finger pickup with the Kinze. | |
