I have a NH TR 85 and I have a chaff spreader on, and no, in my case it still causes the piling up on the axles. I'm thinking about putting a sloping piece of tin above the ax and maybe that will cause the chaff and stems to slide off. I have a single spinner Crary for a spreader but I don't see where any other brand or a double spinner is going to help.
