Is that a Wisconsin engine? If so, a hay baler is the perfect application for it. We had one in a NH skidloader years ago and if you so much as let a wet fart rip near it, it would refuse to start. High humidity would even cause problems - fog or rain, forget it. At least a baler is used in dry weather. Tried all sorts of things - even tried sealing the distributer up with silicone, nothing worked.
