roaming | I assume you're talking about the backlight on the EZ-Guide Plus lightbar screen. The backlight is programmed by default to turn off during daylight hours, but this setting can be overridden by the user. Since you say that it is set to "ON", it should be on at all times. If it doesn't work, I'd try reloading the lightbar firmware, just in case it's a display driver issue. If that doesn't work, the backlight has probably failed, and the unit will need to be repaired. | |
