Do you have at least 1 inch of free travel in the clutch pedal before it feels like it's pushing and releasing clutch?
That's the easiest adjustment, should be a threaded rod underneath near the bell housing that needs shortened.
Other wise it needs a new disc and maybe pressure plate which requires removal of transmission. Napa or a clutch shop should have what you need.
