East of Dowagiac Michigan | with the mechanical drive hopper any tractor with the right pto can work, with a hydraulic drive hopper the tractor needs the right pto and hydraulic flow rate. (Right hydraulic flow rate of older tractors is often determined by trial and error.) If all of your potential auger tractors have enough hydraulic output and can be easily adjusted for flow this may not be a big issue for you. |
