Subject: RE: 2366 w/42"duals

Bourbon, Indiana
We run 20.8 X42 with a 6 row head on a 1680and get along O.K. We just put them on this fall with all the rain we've been getting I new I was gonna have trouble getting through the field. If you rounded corners in the field you will run over the next row but we can usually pick it back up if we come back from the oppsite direction. We had to put axle extensions on in order to clear the side frame of the combine they were either 6" or 8" can't remember which, The only thing I dont like is it's pretty tight if you have to get behind them to do any work, I love haveing the duals I'll never go back the singles 30.5. The ride is much better, it's more stable with a 25' head and bin extensions.
The photo was taken with my cell phone so it isn't the best, but it works. I don't have one with the corn head on it just the grain head.

So it can be done.
Brad
