A farmer friend of mine in NW Iowa is looking for a welder as his prior AC/DC stick welder burned out.
He is looking for a good (used?) stick welder or possibly wire feed (he has had welding school). He doesn't do major fabrication just wants one to fix stuff or stick it together should he need to take it to his repair guy.
What do you suggest in NW Iowa, SW/SC MN, SE SD, or NE Nebraska.
Any thoughts are appreciated on brand, size, or welding supply dealer you would trust.
