Central IL.
I use a product called take-off. It is kind of expensive, but it works really well and doesn't hurt the paint. It comes in a one gallon can. I just put it in a little squirt bottle and spray the the road oil spots, wait a few minutes and the oil wipes right off. After I am done wash tractor with soap and water. This stuff works, I bought at my local auto parts store.
