Assuming you are talking about a PTO cart with a hy shutoff. There is a hy cylinder that works a clutch on the drive at the right rear of the cart. If it is a hy driven cart, then there will not be a hy shutoff. There will be a manual shut off, either on the wheel, or a lever activated clutch on top of the gear box.
