West Union, Illinois | Also look at the track. We rent a Morton building from a neighbor for storage and had problems with one door. After getting up in the air and looking at it we found the problem was not the door but the track the rollers ran in. The track was a one piece "better idea" design that was spot welded together. The welds failed holding the track to the mounts. We ended up having to drill a hole through the top of the track and putting in a carriage bolt to give clearance but still hold the track together
