nc IA | Having trouble finding someone that sells the spring steel (outside) split bushing to go in my 724 JD finisher (same shank as a 960). Able to source normal replaceable bushing through my welding shop - he orderes in the stock and cuts to length, but he is unable to get the spring steel hardened one.
I've checked with Sloan Express and Shoup all ready - no luck.
Deere wants $6.50 each.
Any other suppliers?
Taking out the regular bushings revealed that most of the split outer ones were cracked.
