Hi Hayburner. I have'nt said anything about dusty hay that I know of, but I am hoping to setup a make shift corn crib for air circulation. If it was someone from oregon, it was likely Hank. But other than that, I'm not sure who to send you to. Our hay barns are setup with open sides, but that was because the owner is........cheap....d:-) Sorry I cant be of more help.
