Had tenets 3 mo. behind and not taking care of place, attorney sent them certified letter giving 30 day notice. Put the house on the market. One of my kids had a fit so I sold it to him. Funny thing was the people that I evicted bought a house with a 20yr. mortgage for $385/mo. Rent was $350/mo. They thought that I had done them a favor.
