Ok, here are my questions. Assuming you get your combine to lift the head and can keep the rear of the combine on the ground, get a head mover for that big head and can get the feederhouse drive to hold up on the combine, what are you going to do to keep corn away from the combine. When we get in some good corn with our 8 row head, I have to dump at every end on 1/2 mile rows. We are using a cart and two trucks to haul away. My friends use a 12 row head and dump on a 1000 bu. grain cart and two grain trailers. I am thinking you will need two grain carts and four grain trailers to keep corn away from you. How big of grain tank is on the combine? I am thinking it may be more economical to go to a 24 row planter and stay with your 12 row head.
