Subject: Brandt grain vac freezing up

SE northdakota
I'm trying to suck corn out of grain bins and am having problems with vac feezeing up. No doubt corn was put into bin too wet, that's another issue at this point. Everything from the fan and out the exhaust fills up with fines and moisture and eventually almost plugs the exhaust. It doesn't take very long for vac to freeze perhaps about 3000 bushels. then I have to take entire exhaust apart inluding the muffler and pipes all the way down to fan. Then put into neighbors shop overnight to melt it out. I don't know of another way to get corn out of bin short of shoveling. I've got about 35000 bushels left so need a solution. I've tried to simply melt it out and start it up but it seems it needs to be washed out after it's melted. At wits end! I know I will not be putting that wet of corn in the bin again!
