That wheel is going to be for the tire you have, a 21L-16.1, or an 18.4-16.1, all of which are about 38" tall. I'm not sure what size is going to meet your goals...a 16.5L-161 or 14L-16.1 are shorter, but also intended for a narrower rim then what you have, and still quite a bit over 32" tall.
