This is one of the JI Case tractors that is stuck in 4 wheel drive at all times and it does not turn very short. Not sure why Case did this, but it may have been to try to protect the rear ends from too much torque. Case's of this era have fragile drive trains that are costly to fix. I would keep looking if I were you.
