Obion,TN | I have no-till coulters on my case 1200 planter. They are made by yetter and are 14 5/8 in diameter. The problem is that they are only made in 12 or 24 wave. I did not know this was the case before they put them on my new planter last spring so I got the 24 wave. The problem is especially in the spring in wetter conditions they pull out to much dirt. What I want is ripple or even straight one but am having no luck finding them. The planter does not really need them but I thought it would extend the life of my disk openers. Someone told me that the coulters off of a marliss drill are the same but I cant find any. One place told me they would make some if I ordered 10000 of them (Ha Ha ) but I only need 31. Does any one know of any marliss coulters or anyone who would make them for me. Thanks. | |
