There is usually a little dip where the trench is for a while, but whenever the county boys are out fixin pot holes or repairing road edges from all the semis, they just top it off, and you'd never know any different.
Have to say, I've never heard of anyone not being allowed to cut the road, but that's around "here". It is pretty rural around these parts, guess that's how our town got named "Farmland".
