Anyone know who makes a good one? I've gone through 3 of these cotton picking things of various sizes and brands lately. Does anyone make one that doesn't leak?

Where does your jack leak ? Usually the dump valve and pump has a simple O ring that is slow to wear out.
The "oil tank" is uaually a thin wall pipe sleeve clamped between the top and bottom cast / forged parts. It does not take much of a hit to bend this pipe sleeve and cause an oil leak between the sleeve and jack base.

The newer jacks have the oil tank made from much thinner material than the ones built 40 years ago, so they can not take the same degree of being thrown around.
