Sure you can use a centrifugal pump or whatever. You will need to use an orifice plate or a sized nozzle for each fertilizer injector. Same rules and calibration procedure as a sprayer apply. You will have to maintain a constant forward speed or have a sprayer controller like a Raven or whatever to get a uniform application for speed changes.
