Subject: Why don't new tractors have a quick hitch set up built in?

central - east central Minnesota -
With the thread below on quick hitches, why wouldn't new tractors have a quick hitch built in or at least a new type or way of hitching 3pt type equipment. 3pt hitches have been around as the same design for how many years now ? Is it time for tractor Mfg's to bring those 2-3pt hitches into the new millenium ? The Mfg's could come up with a uniform standard and shortline equipment mfgs would conform or risk not selling. It could even bring in new sales for the main Mfg's attaching equipment ?
